Flookup Data Wrangler Refund Policy
Flookup is a digital Google Sheets add-on sold since 2018. This page explains how the trial, paid plans and any valid refund requests work.
Try It Before You Buy It
The demo spreadsheet is a read-only walkthrough of the custom functions and formulas on sample data. It lets you view the formula examples, explanations and sample outputs, but it is not an editable workbook and it does not let you run the add-on in your own sheet.
If you want to test Flookup in real work, Sheets Monthly gives you full access for 7 days, including 2,500 credits and the same AI-powered tools you would use after buying.
Payments Are Processed by Lemon Squeezy
Every payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. If a purchase never arrives or is materially defective, tell us and we will review it under this policy.
Before opening a formal dispute with the payment processor, please contact us first. That is usually faster and gives us a chance to resolve the issue directly.
Change of Mind Is Not a Refund Trigger
The licence is activated as soon as payment completes and access to the software is delivered instantly.
Because digital software is used immediately, refunds for change of mind are generally not offered once the product has been delivered. That is standard for digital tools and keeps the pricing sustainable.
If Something Is Genuinely Wrong, We Make It Right
If a defect on our side stops Flookup from working as described or a billing error occurs, we will review a refund request.
Please ask within 14 days of purchase and include your Profile ID and purchase receipt. We may resolve the issue with a fix, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it is processed within 5 to 7 business days. The funds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Sheets Plans and Trials
Every plan starts with a free trial that costs nothing: 7 days on Sheets Monthly and 14 days on Sheets Yearly. When the trial ends the plan renews at the full plan price, and every billing after that is the full plan price. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. A refund ends access immediately.
To cancel an active plan, open Flookup in Google Sheets, go to Account Management and open the Dashboard, where you can cancel in one click. Plans renew automatically at the plan price until you cancel. Each billing period adds a fresh AI credit allowance to your balance, and on both plans unused credits carry over. Cleaning, deduplication, standardisation and profiling are unlimited.
