Flookup Data Wrangler Refund Policy
Flookup is a digital Google Sheets add-on sold since 2018. This page explains how the trial, paid plans and any valid refund requests work.
Try It Before You Buy It
The demo spreadsheet is a read-only walkthrough of the custom functions and formulas on sample data. It lets you view the formula examples, explanations and sample outputs, but it is not an editable workbook and it does not let you run the add-on in your own sheet. If you want to test Flookup in real work, the Weekly Access pass gives you full access for 7 days, including 1,000 credits and the same AI-powered tools you would use after buying.
You Are Covered by PayPal Buyer Protection
Every payment is processed by PayPal. If a purchase never arrives, is materially defective, or is otherwise covered by the payment processor's rules, PayPal Buyer Protection may apply and we will honour the outcome as reviewed. Before opening a formal dispute, please contact us first. That is usually faster and gives us a chance to resolve the issue directly.
Change of Mind Is Not a Refund Trigger
The licence is activated as soon as payment completes, and access to the software is delivered instantly. Because digital software is used immediately, refunds for change of mind are generally not offered once the product has been delivered. That is standard for digital tools and keeps the pricing sustainable.
If Something Is Genuinely Wrong, We Make It Right
If a defect on our side stops Flookup from working as described, or a billing error occurs, we will review a refund request. Please ask within 14 days of purchase and include your Profile ID and purchase receipt. We may resolve the issue with a fix, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it is processed within 5 to 7 business days. The funds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Weekly Access and Paid Plans
The Weekly Access pass is a one-time 7-day purchase with full access and 1,000 credits. Weekly credits expire after 7 days with no carry-over. It is a low-cost evaluation option, not an ongoing subscription. Data Nova purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges, and credits do not expire. There are no ongoing subscriptions unless a separate offer states otherwise.
